ILC Research Presented at the 2026 American Control Conference

08.06.2026

Two papers were presented at the 2026 American Control Conference (ACC 2026), held on May 26–29, 2026 in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. ACC is the flagship annual conference of the American Automatic Control Council (AACC) and one of the most prestigious venues in the field of control systems engineering.

Prof. Maciej Patan presented his work entitled "Optimal Sensor Location for Predictive Iterative Learning Control of Distributed Parameter Systems", addressing the problem of optimal measurement placement in the context of predictive ILC strategies for systems described by partial differential equations.

Prof. Wojciech Paszke contributed a paper titled "A Simple Structure Model-Free ILC Scheme for Nonlinear Batch Processes Designed within a Repetitive Process Setting", proposing a practically oriented, model-free iterative learning control framework for nonlinear batch processes, formulated using the repetitive process stability theory.
